REGISTRATION CHANGES AND FEE RETURN POLICY
Registration fee refunds apply under the following conditions: 

• 100% fee refund when cancellation is requested before September 9/2015.
• 40% fee refund when cancellation is requested before October 15.
• No fee refunds from October 16.

Registered participant may be changed before the beginning of the Conference and by the time of Conference accreditation. Participant changes are allowed only to same company employees. Name changes are not permitted once the name badge has been requested at the Congress Secretariat.

Alacero is not responsible for obtaining the required documentation (passports and/or visas) to enter Argentina. Alacero can give support to Alacero-56 participants (who are already registered and have paid their registration fee) by issuing invitation letters. If you need a letter, please request it by sending an email to [email protected]. We recommend checking the entry requirements at the Argentinean Embassy in your country in advance.
